Workplace & Employees - Group Generation
The Workplace Group Generation Process is the first step needed to establish the Workplace Group™. Once this is established, the Workplace Group Communication™ becomes active and the system is ready to be used.
The Workplace Group Generation Process is divided in the following steps:
1a) The Account Generation for the Workplace Company Officials (Admin) and the Employees/Workforce.
1b) The Generation of the Employee Cloud for all Employees from the Workplace/Company.
The result of the execution of these processes is the establishment of all the components of the Workplace Group™ for corporations.
The Workplace Group™ is comprised by:
- The Workplace Group Community Website™ (a), grouping all Employees/Workforce and the Workplace Group Officials in one community cloud created for the Company (Company.GoToYourSite.com/Com) from a template (www.gotoyoursite.com/com).
- The individual Employee Cloud™ (b), an independent cloud for each Employee (EmployeeName.net) created from a template (i.e.: employee) and connected to the Workplace Group.
